# Refund Policy

> Learn about our refund policy, what qualifies for a refund, and how to contact us about getting a refund.

**Effective June 20, 2023**

We want you to love using Supertape and never feel taken advantage of. If you're ever unhappy with our service, contact us and we'll take care of you.

## Full refunds

Here are some examples of when we'd give a full refund:

* If you were just charged for your next month of service but you meant to cancel, we're happy to refund that extra charge.
* If you forgot to cancel your site a couple months ago and you haven't used it since then, we'll give you a full refund for that time.
* If you tried Supertape out for a couple months and you just weren't happy with it, you can have your money back.

## Partial refunds

There may also be times that don't technically qualify for a full refund, but we feel a partial refund makes sense. These would all be case-by-case, so again, just email us at [hey@supertape.com](mailto:hey@supertape.com), tell us what's going on, and we'll find a fair outcome.
