Finding missing inventory items

There are a handful of reasons why you might not be able to find an item in your inventory that you think should be there. We'll help you get to the bottom of it.

Item is hidden

At some point in time, you might have hidden the item, which hides it from your inventory and on your website.

Item added after our nightly import

Supertape looks for new items to import nightly, a bit after 12:00 AM UTC. If your item was added to your platform before our nightly sync, we'll find it! If it was added after our nightly sync, we'll find it during the next night's sync.

For example, if you added some new items to your merch store Wednesday afternoon, we'll find and import them during Thursday night's sync and add them to your website.

We only import albums where you're the primary artist

For example, if you're featured on a track or in a compilation, unless you're credited as an artist at the release level and it shows up as part of your streaming catalog, we won't import it into your inventory.

A platform quirk
