Affiliate Program Terms

Effective November 12, 2024

These Terms apply to you (“you”, “your”, or “Affiliate”) becoming an Affiliate in the Supertape Affiliate Program. We, Supertape, reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes to these Terms will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

Qualification for and participation in the Program (defined below) is subject to these Program Terms, and by participating in the Program, you are agreeing to these Terms.

Enrollment and Eligibility

• Application Approval - To become an affiliate, you must complete our application form. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
• Eligibility - The program is open to individuals and businesses that align with Supertape’s values and brand. Affiliates may not promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Age Requirement - Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.

Commissions

• Commission Rate - Supertape offers a commission amount of $12 for each subscription to our “Pro” plan generated through your unique affiliate link.
• Payouts - Commission payouts are paid via PayPal, and can be requested any time you have a balance of $36 or more.
• Self-Referral - You may not earn commissions on purchases made through your own affiliate links.

Promotion Guidelines

• Permissible Channels - Affiliates may promote Supertape through personal websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media. Use of paid advertising, including PPC and social media ads, requires prior written approval from Supertape.
• Trademark Use - Affiliates may use Supertape logos, banners, and content provided for affiliate marketing purposes only. Modifying Supertape assets or using them in a misleading way is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Content - Affiliates may not engage in false or misleading advertising, make unrealistic promises, or misrepresent Supertape’s products or services.
• Spam and Compliance - Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Spam or unsolicited communications are strictly prohibited.

Tracking and Cookies

• Affiliate Links - Affiliates are provided with unique links for tracking purposes. Only sales completed through your unique link are eligible for commission.
• Cookie Duration - Supertape’s cookies last 60 days from the time a user clicks your link. If a purchase is made within this period, the commission will be attributed to you.

Termination

• Voluntary Termination - Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by contacting Supertape.
• Termination for Cause - Supertape reserves the right to terminate any affiliate who violates these terms or engages in dishonest or fraudulent activities, at our sole discretion. Terminated affiliates forfeit any unpaid commissions.
• Inactive Accounts - Accounts with no new sales or referrals within a 6 month period may be considered inactive and subject to termination.

Confidentiality

Affiliates must keep any proprietary information, including commission structures, promotional strategies, and any confidential communication with Supertape, private and not disclose it to third parties.

Liability Limitations

Supertape is not responsible for unintelligible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete submissions for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, ISP, website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network.

Supertape is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Program, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized site access.

Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like methods of attempting to participate in the Program will void all such requests and participant shall forfeit their account. Supertape is not responsible for any typographical errors in promotional materials or these Terms. Supertape is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user’s or any other person’s computer equipment resulting from participation in the Program. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
