Billing
Learn how to upgrade and downgrade your Supertape subscription and manage billing information and history.
Upgrading to the Pro plan
- Visit Settings and scroll down to the Billing area at the bottom.
- Select the three dots and then Upgrade.
- Select Upgrade to Pro to be taken to Stripe for payment.
Changing your billing frequency
- Visit Settings and scroll down to the Billing area at the bottom.
- Select the three dots and then Manage.
- On Stripe, select Update subscription and select a monthly or yearly plan.
Updating your payment method
- Visit Settings and scroll down to the Billing area at the bottom.
- Select the three dots and then Manage.
- On Stripe, find Payment method and make your updates.
Updating your billing address
- Visit Settings and scroll down to the Billing area at the bottom.
- Select the three dots and then Manage.
- On Stripe, find Billing information and make your updates.
Viewing your invoice history
- Visit Settings and scroll down to the Billing area at the bottom.
- Select the three dots and then Manage.
- On Stripe, find Invoice history at the bottom.
Downgrading to the Free plan
- Visit Settings and scroll down to the Billing area at the bottom.
- Select the three dots and then Downgrade.
- Select Cancel Pro subscription and on Stripe select Cancel subscription.
Deleting your site
- Visit Settings and scroll down to the Billing area at the bottom.
- Select the three dots and then Delete.
- Confirm your decision and your site will be deleted.
Instead of deleting your site, you could downgrade to the Free plan.
