Upgrading, downgrading, or changing your billing frequency

  1. Visit Settings and scroll down to the Plan area at the bottom.
  2. Select the three dots next to Plan and then Edit.
  3. Select your new plan or billing frequency and confirm your information.
You’ll be automatically credited or charged for any difference in price from your current plan.

Updating your payment method

  1. Visit Settings and scroll down to the Plan area at the bottom.
  2. Select the three dots next to Payment and then Edit.
  3. Enter your new payment method details and hit Save.

Viewing your payment history

  1. Visit Settings and scroll down to the Plan area at the bottom.
  2. Select the three dots next to Payment and then History.
  3. View your payment history, with the option of downloading an invoice.

Updating your billing address

  1. Visit Settings and scroll down to the Plan area at the bottom.
  2. Select the three dots next to Address and then Edit.
  3. Update your billing address and hit Save.

Canceling your subscription

  1. Visit Settings and scroll down to the Plan area at the bottom.
  2. Select the three dots next to Plan and then Cancel.
  3. Confirm your decision by selecting Cancel once more.

Deleting your site

  1. Cancel your subscription if it’s not already.
  2. If you’re on the Free plan, you’re done. Otherwise, select Delete in the top right.
  3. Confirm your decision and your site will be deleted.
