Billing
Learn how Supertape’s billing works, how to subscribe, and how to manage your subscription plan and invoices.
Upgrading, downgrading, or changing your billing frequency
- Visit Settings and scroll down to the Plan area at the bottom.
- Select the three dots next to Plan and then Edit.
- Select your new plan or billing frequency and confirm your information.
You’ll be automatically credited or charged for any difference in price from your current plan.
Updating your payment method
- Visit Settings and scroll down to the Plan area at the bottom.
- Select the three dots next to Payment and then Edit.
- Enter your new payment method details and hit Save.
Viewing your payment history
- Visit Settings and scroll down to the Plan area at the bottom.
- Select the three dots next to Payment and then History.
- View your payment history, with the option of downloading an invoice.
Updating your billing address
- Visit Settings and scroll down to the Plan area at the bottom.
- Select the three dots next to Address and then Edit.
- Update your billing address and hit Save.
Canceling your subscription
- Visit Settings and scroll down to the Plan area at the bottom.
- Select the three dots next to Plan and then Cancel.
- Confirm your decision by selecting Cancel once more.
Deleting your site
- Cancel your subscription if it’s not already.
- If you’re on the Free plan, you’re done. Otherwise, select Delete in the top right.
- Confirm your decision and your site will be deleted.
If you delete your only site, and don’t plan on creating more, you can also delete your profile.
